CCTV monitoring
Kew Home can design a CCTV specific to your home or business premises covering points of entry and/or the perimeter of your property.
We endeavour to provide cost effective solutions from a single unit to a complex series of cameras, constantly monitored and integrated with PIR lighting and intruder alarms.
We can also supply state-of-the-art IP camera equipment in order to future proof surveillance and monitoring systems. IP cameras are configured by assigning IP address on the NVR (network video recorder) or on the camera itself. It is powered or connected over a POE (Power Over Ethernet) switch. CCTV acts as a powerful visual deterrent which can also have the effect of reducing insurance premiums.
We can provide ongoing preventive and responsive support via maintenance contract agreements depending on the extent CCTV equipment, size and setup.
We can supply fire risk assessment, and install and maintain commercial fire safety systems including fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems and fire doors which enable buildings to be compartmentalised to delay the spread of fire.
Emergency lighting when mains power supply fails as a result of a fire or a power cut presents potential danger to your personnel and clients. We install and maintain emergency lighting systems in accordance with BS 5266, but with a view to improving energy efficiency and reduced energy costs.
The design and type of emergency lighting, escape route and standby lighting will always comply with current Building Regulations any local authority requirements.
